Designed an end-to-end portfolio optimization suite for JLL Tech, empowering real estate professionals with data-driven insights for strategic decision-making. The solution improved user engagement by 20% and streamlined reporting workflows.

03. SmartCommerce : Order & Warehouse  Management System

Most recently, I was Lead Product Designer I worked for Amazon SmartCommerce, where I led the development of design principles and streamlined key features like shipping, returns, inventory management and WhatsApp Business integration. I guided the end-to-end Seller & User Experience, helping shape the entire product flow from strategy to execution, while working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive impactful results.

Spearheaded initiatives with the Product & GTM teams to optimise conversions for Amazon Marketplace and DTC channels, resulting in improved seller engagement and sales performance.
